Project Manager – Store Fixtures and Custom Interiors
Actively manage projects from inception through final invoicing and maintain quality relationships with our customers. This dynamic role is fast-paced, where no two days are the same! Some duties include:
Execute projects to assure quality, cost containment and profitability.
Process Client RFQs and provide Value Engineering options to meet client needs.
Categorize, develop, and document quotes.
Determine and execute Buy / Make / Subcontract decisions considering cost & capacity.
Execute project kick-off and post-mortem meetings and ensure items are completed.
Oversee fabrication and delivery of prototypes.
Requisition long lead time items.
Review all project documentation prior to Client Manager’s approval.
Manage subcontract manufacturing and shortages.
Inspect and oversee quality of Subcontract items at vendor facility.
Oversee punch list.
Quote, manage and reconcile Installations.
Maintain and monitor costs and make necessary adjustments and analyze upon project completion.
